Chris Gayle is all set to play Legends League Cricket Season 2


Just In: The Former Caribbean Cricketer Chris Gayle will participate in the upcoming season of Legends League. According to official details, the second season of this T20 League will kick off on 17th September 2022 to 8th October 2022.

Recently, a Sports Channel claimed that the former West Indies Cricketer Chris Gayle has penned down an agreement with the management of Legends League, under which he is ready to feature in the 2nd edition of Legends League 2022.

The news is also confirmed by Co-Founder & CEO of Legends Leagues Raman Raheja with such words, “With Chris Gayle on board, the LLC has become bolder and bigger. I am sure fans and viewers must be expecting more firepower on the field to get entertained with the clash of iconic legends of cricket.”

The 2nd successful edition of Legends League will be hosted on Indian Soil. As per schedule, the tournament will start on 17th September 2022, while the Final will be played on 8th October 2022. The current season of this event will feature 4-cricketing sides.

Notably, Chris Gayle will be the most prominent player in this tournament. The former left-hand opener is known for his ballistic batting style, especially in the T20 Format. Gayle has scored 17 Test hundreds and over 7000 runs across 103 matches.

Legends League grabs the attention of global cricket fans due to its versatile collection of Retired Cricketers. The league includes legendary Crickets in four different teams. Among others, Mohammad Kaif, Yusuf Pathan, Chaminda Vaas, and RP Singh will also appear in the upcoming season of this event.
