Breaking News! The International Cricket Council has banned Pakistani Skipper Sarfraz Ahmed for the Misconduct. Sarfraz will not be participating in the remaining two ODIs and the first two T20s. Shoaib Malik will lead now Pakistan in the South Africa tour matches.
ICC Just tweeted about the ban on Sarfraz following his racial comments about South African player Phehlukwayo. After getting bashed on Social Media for this racial remarks, Sarfraz Posted an apology to his fans in a tweet. Following which Sarfraz met Phehlukwayo in a one on one meeting and asked for forgiveness.
Phehlukwayo forgave Sarfraz for his racial comments. Moreover, the South African Skipper Fuf Du Plesis also said that South Africa has forgiven Sarfraz for this misconduct.
This incident happened in the second ODI match against South Africa, when Sarfraz mocked Phehlukwayo for his luck in the 45th over. The stumps mic recorded the incident and some one posted it on Social Media. ICC took the notice of the Incident following which Sarfraz is banned for four matches.
