Mady Villiers was only 13 when she posted her first century in an Essex Schools’ Cup semi-final. Two years later, she took four wickets for her school's first XI. The allrounder continued to impress over the years, returning figures of 3-22 in the finals of the 2018 Kia Super League and winning the title for Surrey Stars. Following more impressive performances, this time, for the England Women's Academy's 2019 series against Australia A, Villiers rightfully earned her international call-up in a T20I against Australia in July 2019.
Villiers' first ever international wicket was that of Australian superstar Alyssa Healy.
