Just In! The 2nd T20 match between India and Sri Lanka which was originally scheduled to be played today, has been postponed to 28th July. The decision was taken after Indian player Krunal Pandya tested positive for Covid-19. Furthermore, the entire squad went through RT-PCR tests to assess further outbreak in the squad. The official twitter handle of Board of Control Cricket in India broke this news on internet.

The men in Blue are touring Sri Lanka nowadays. They defeated the home side in the three match ODI series by 2-1 previously. Furthermore, Team India won the first T20 match by 38 runs in which Bhuvneshwar Kumar was declared Man of the Match for his 4-22 heroics. Now, the 2nd T20 match was scheduled to be held today at R.Premadasa Stadium, Colombo.
However, BCCI has now declared the match will be postponed to 28th July. This news break out after Indian Cricketer Krunal Pandya was tested Positive for Covid-19. Assessing the situation, the Management postponed the match and decided to go for PCR tests to asses the further outbreak in the squad.
