Belgium Team Squad World Cup 2026 (Official Lineup)
Belgium official 23-Man team squad for FIFA World Cup 2026 has been officially announced for the mega event to be held in Russia in June (2026). Head coach Roberto Martinez will be once again coaching the team of Belgium and he has made some minor changes too. During the qualification round, the team performed pretty excellent and we witnessed a lot of improvements in their team too. The number of goals scored by the team during the phrase was appreciable and that shows great form of Belgium for the event.
Martines got the charge of coach of Belgium back in 2016 and then Marc Wilmots was made captain by him who lead the team in 2016 Euro cup. This team did not face any hurdle of problem in qualifying for the FIFA World Cup as they have been quite consistent in order to improvement. Martinez went through different phases including a criticism when the team lost against Everton.
Belgium Possible Lineups
This team is having an excellent team squad and yet a dangerous one too, while it is quite difficult to say that Belgium is an easy opposition to be tackled. Romelu Lukaku would be playing at the front along wth Kevind De Bruyne and Eden Hazard, Dembele could play in the central midfield while Thibaut Courtois will stay at starting of goal. Toby Alderweirled Jan Vertonghen are also the best choices at the moment to place them anywhere in the team.
Mertens, Nainggolan and Thomas Meunier are also being considered by Martinez, but he is prefering these players conditionally based on fitness.
Belgium Schedule 2026
Belgium is going to play it’s first match against Panama on 18th June, 2026, while Tunisia would play against Belgium in 2nd match on 23 June, 2026 and England would be their next opposition in the 3rd match on 28th June, 2026.
