From 2007 to 2016, Shahid Afridi played 34 T20 World Cup matches and took 39 wickets with an average of 23.25. During that time, he bowled 135 overs and conceived 907 runs with a bowling economy of 6.71.

Former Pakistani Bowler Umar Gul joins our list at the 5th spot. He is the 5th highest wicket taker in T20 World Cups. From 2007 to 2014, Gul played 24 T20 World Cup matches and collected 35 wickets with an average of 17.25. He bowled 82.4 overs during this time and recorded an economy of 7.30.

Gul was known for his bulldozing yorkers in death overs among the opponent batsmen. He played the key role in the victory of Pakistan in T20 World Cup 2009. Moreover, he had the best bowling figures of 5/6 in T20 World Cups. Umar Gul also recorded 1 four wicket haul and 1 five wicket haul in T20 World Cups as well.

One of the Coolest Cricketers and best of the West Indian Cricketers Dwayne Bravo holds the 9th spot on our list. He is the 9th highest wicket taker in T20 World Cups. From 2007 to 2016, he played 29 World cup matches and collected 25 wickets with an average of 25.80. He bowled 72.4 over during that time and recorded and economy of 8.87 during that period.

From 2012 to 2016, he attended 15 T20 World cup matches and took 24 wickets with and average of 13.28. He bowled 59 overs during that period and had an economy of 5.52.
